Services Capabilities Present Alternative Routes to Market and Complement Teneo’s SD-WAN, Visibility and Digital Experience Monitoring Offerings.

Tetbury, UK and Theale, UK – August 2, 2018 – Teneo, the Specialist Integrator of Next-Generation Technology, today announced the acquisition of UK-based Geode Networks Europe Ltd (Geode).

The acquisition brings sophisticated services capabilities and deep network and application expertise, including consultancy, professional services and support services. These capabilities will complement and augment the delivery of Teneo’s SD-WAN, Visibility and Digital Experience Monitoring ‘As-a-Service’ offerings. Teneo will retain the Geode brand to enable future development of alternative routes to market.
